Camp Oljato

A red sunset paints the lake red.
          Underneath, a Scout draws a bow;
          a Scout climbs a cliff;
          a Scout pounds leather; and
          Scouts in kayaks raise their arms in victory.

Camp Oljato is a premier Scout summer camp in the High Sierra. Pacific Skyline Council's summer camp programming, which run from mid June through late July, immerses Scouts in the outdoor adventure of Scouting.

The name Oljato (ol-JAY-toe) is from Navajo meaning "Starlight on the Waters." Your adventure starts with a one-mile boat trip across picturesque Huntington Lake, which is a key aspect of Camp Oljato. Nearly all Scouts participate in several waterfront activities.
